Account Registration & Eligibility

A person may operate only one account; if multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled. It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential, and sharing this information with third parties is prohibited. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be made through approved payment methods. Deposited funds may only be used for designated gaming and betting activities on the platform. The authority reserves the right to seize balances and close accounts if suspicious or fraudulent transactions are detected. Account Closure & Termination

The policy regarding refund of any remaining balance upon account closure is subject to the authority's discretion and verification. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be automatically suspended, and users will need to contact support to reactivate them. Relevant clauses of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. Before raising a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be settled through mandatory arbitration. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws.
